-50 minute workshop
-Youth: 30 minute workshop
-Occurs twice a week (a live virtual workshop and a pre-recorded workshop)
-Hybrid sessions - a combination of live and pre-recorded workshop
-The first 20 minutes includes stillness, movement with intentions, and Zen breathing
-Youth: The first 15 minutes includes stillness, movement with intentions, and Zen breathing
-The other 20 minutes is a strength & endurance training workout
-Youth: The other 15 minutes is a strength & endurance training workout
Live Workshops are held on Tuesdays at 8:00 PM EST / 7:00 PM CST
Youth: Tuesdays at 7:15 PM EST
Things to know:
1. Session begins promptly 10 minutes after.
2. To ensure safety and community your presence is appreciated and required! Your video must be turned on.
3. Participants must complete a liability wavier.
