In this increasingly diverse and complex world, youth must possess the employability skills needed to seek, secure, and maintain a job. Our program provides youth and young adults, ages 15 to 26, edvidence-based practices and concepts to successfully build skills around career exploration and preparation, emotional intelligence, and self-advocacy.
We help youth and young adults and young adults develop transferable skills and set ambitious goals, enhancing their employability and marketability in the competitive job market.
